These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the lenkidine.click website and any product photography, flat-lay styling, 360° spin, or related services ("Services") provided by Backdrop Studio ("Backdrop," "we," "us"), located at 118 N Peoria St, Suite 4B, Chicago, IL 60601. By using our website or booking our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Backdrop provides studio product photography, seamless backdrop shoots, flat-lay styling, 360° product spins, on-model and detail photography, and retouching/delivery services. Final scope, shot list, and pricing are confirmed in writing (email or invoice) before your session date.
Session dates are held with a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the estimated session cost at time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remaining balance is due upon delivery of final edited files. Rush turnaround requests (faster than our standard 48-hour delivery) may incur an additional fee.
You may reschedule or cancel a session at no additional charge with at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled session time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit, as studio time and prep (backdrop pulls, prop sourcing) are reserved specifically for your session. The U.S. does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for custom photography services once a session has been completed.
You are responsible for delivering products to the studio in shootable condition and on time for your scheduled session. Backdrop is not responsible for pre-existing defects, damage in transit to the studio, or delays caused by late or incomplete product delivery. We will handle all client-supplied products with reasonable care during styling and shooting.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use delivered final images for their own marketing, e-commerce listings, and advertising purposes. Backdrop retains copyright ownership of all images and may use them in its own portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing at time of booking. Raw/unedited files are not included in delivery and remain the property of Backdrop Studio.
Each session package includes one round of minor revisions (color correction, cropping, background cleanup) requested within 7 days of delivery. Additional revision rounds or requests for entirely new compositions are billed at our standard hourly editing rate.
To the maximum extent permitted by Illinois law, Backdrop's total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session giving rise to the claim. Backdrop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or lost profits resulting from delayed or unavailable imagery.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek relief in small claims court for qualifying disputes.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
